It takes everyone to create real, life-changing results. In 2010, through generous gifts from our community, United Way funded programs reached 22% of the LaPorte County population.

At United Way of LaPorte County, our goal is to create long-lasting change by addressing the underlying causes of challenges facing our friends, our neighbors, and sometimes even our family members. This change has benefits that ripple throughout our entire community.

A Night in Old Las Vegas

"Elvis is in the Building!"

A Night in Old Las Vegas was held at the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City on November 11, 2011, where Elvis was the main attraction. The Rat Pack's charming Sammy Davis Jr. and Dean Martin were also in attendance, and you may have even spotted Marilyn Monroe. The night was full of everything that Old Las Vegas had to offer.
