United Way helps individuals with disabilities at Michiana Resources

Richard Draves has a disability that prevents him from using a keyboard, but he is often seen using a computer in the lab at Michiana Resources, Inc., an adult rehabilitation facility geared at enhancing the lives of disabled adults.
That would not be the case, however, had it not been for the United Way of La Porte County, which has funded the nonprofit center with an open grant for years.
